Do you only service the London area?
No we have customers all over the UK
Are your prices competitive?
Yes they are and we also offer a price match guarantee should you receive a like for like quotation which is cheaper.
Can I lease a photocopier and then upgrade before the lease expires?
Yes you can. You have the option of upgrading the equipment at any point during the lease but in most occasions it is more financially viable if you are at least half way through.
Is toner included in the service agreement and are there any extras I need to be aware of?
Yes toner is included in the service agreement. There are no additional costs you need to pay for. You just pay for the prints you have used. The cost per copy also stays the same for the duration of the agreement.
If my machine breaks down how soon can I expect an engineer on site?
We offer our London customers a rapid 2 hour response time to call outs. Outside of London is 4 hours. Our engineers come equipped with the parts need to fix the machine too. Our first visit, first fix conversion rate is an impressive 91%.
What happens if I am not happy with the service you provide?
Obviously we would not like to lose you as a customer but if the situation arises that you are not happy with the service we provide then you can cancel giving just 60 days notice without any penalties. We feel this keeps us on our toes to provide excellent service as well as giving the customer peace of mind that they can cancel if they so wish.
What is the shortest period of time I can rent a photocopier/printer?
We offer printer rentals and photocopier rentals for a minimum of one week. Any shorter than this and we feel it doesn’t become financially viable for you the customer and us.
Is training included?
Yes of course. We pride ourselves on the service we provide so once a machine is delivered we then install the machine onto your network and set up the scanning etc. You will then be given basic training on how everything works.
What is the longest period of time I can lease a photocopier?
The longest period of time you can lease a photocopier or lease a printer is 5 years. The majority of our clients lease over a 3 year term as there are tax benefits as well as ensuring you have the latest technology available.
Do you recycle the toners?
Yes we do. We are very conscious of doing as much as we can to help our planet. Once you have stored at least five toners we will come and collect them for you so we can recycle them.
